Information we receive

• Contact and account details, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and sign-in information.
• Order, subscription, invoice, plan, and payment-status information. Stripe processes your card details; Felican AI does not receive or store full card numbers.
• Business profiles, website content, instructions, documents, images, and other material you submit to build or operate your AI products.
• Chats, prompts, responses, phone-call content, messages, leads, appointments, and other product activity. Call recording is off by default unless separately enabled.
• Messages and contact details you send by email, phone, website forms, or eBook requests.
• Usage, device, browser, page, network, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the services.

How we use information

We use information to process purchases, create and manage accounts, generate and host products, answer questions, deliver requested messages, provide support, track plan allowances, prevent fraud and abuse, secure and troubleshoot the services, comply with law, and improve Felican AI. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage and similar technologies to remember your Starter Pack cart, selected setup payment option, session state, and preferences. We also use limited analytics and security information to understand page use, keep the services reliable, and prevent abuse. You can clear browser storage through your browser, but doing so may remove saved selections or sign you out.

AI processing and business content

Your prompts, files, and business content may be processed by AI-model providers selected for the product so the requested features can work. Your private business content is not used to train a public AI model. Do not place payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical records, authentication secrets, or other regulated or highly sensitive information in the services unless Felican AI has expressly agreed in writing to support it.

Service providers and disclosures

We share information with providers that help us deliver payment processing, email and text delivery, cloud hosting, storage, security, analytics, AI models, voice, telephony, and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a business transaction, or with your direction. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Retention

We keep active account and product information while needed to provide the service. After hosting ends, we may retain the workspace for up to 30 days to permit recovery or export before deletion. We may keep purchase, subscription, tax, security, fraud-prevention, consent, and legal records longer where reasonably necessary or required by law. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections where appropriate. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices and requests

You can update account and business information in your workspace, manage billing through the Stripe billing portal, or contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information you provided. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We may verify your identity before completing a request, and requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, or operational requirements. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
