Services and eligibility

Felican AI provides business AI products, hosted software, implementation, education, and related services. The Starter Pack and its products are offered for business and commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Product pages and Stripe checkout form part of these terms for the products, prices, plan, and allowances shown when you purchase. A separate signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these terms.

AI systems and output

AI can produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it and for decisions made from it. Felican AI services are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, or other licensed professional advice. You may not represent AI output as verified by Felican AI.

Email and text delivery

When you request eBook access and provide contact information, Felican AI may send the requested library link to the email address or mobile number you enter. Message frequency is one text per eBook request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Purchases and delivery

Starter Pack product prices are one-time implementation charges for the products selected. The first month of your selected hosting plan is charged in the same Stripe checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes may be added where required. After payment, you receive access to the setup generator and provide the business information used to create your products. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on complete and usable information from you.

Hosting plans and allowances

Essentials is $50 per month and includes 25 GB of storage, 2,000 Chat AI replies, 100 Voice AI minutes, and $10 of Private AI processing per monthly period. Growth is $100 per month and includes 75 GB, 6,000 replies, 300 minutes, and $25 of processing. Scale is $200 per month and includes 200 GB, 20,000 replies, 800 minutes, and $60 of processing.

Allowances apply across your account, reset each billing period, and do not roll over. Model-processing consumption varies by model and request size. We send advance usage warnings where available. If an allowance is exhausted, the affected feature may pause until the next reset or a plan upgrade. Felican AI does not automatically charge usage overages.

Renewal, plan changes, and cancellation

Hosting renews automatically each month at the plan price shown in checkout until canceled. You can manage payment details, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting [email protected]. Stripe shows any prorated charge or credit before a mid-cycle plan change is confirmed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Failed or unpaid renewals may pause hosted products. If a recurring plan price changes, we will provide advance notice and the new price will apply to a later renewal; you may cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds

Before generation begins, you may ask us to cancel a Starter Pack order by emailing [email protected]. Because the one-time product charge covers customized implementation, it is non-refundable once generation or implementation begins, except where required by law. Monthly hosting charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law; cancellation prevents future renewals.

Your data and ownership

You retain your rights in the business information, files, and instructions you provide. As between you and Felican AI, you own the output generated specifically for your business to the extent allowed by law and subject to third-party rights. You give Felican AI and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and back up your material only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and improve the service. Your private business content is not used to train a public AI model.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have permission to provide all material you upload and that your use of the products complies with applicable law. Do not upload payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical records, authentication secrets, unlawful content, or material you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for notices and consent required for your own customers, including for website chat, phone calls, messages, and recordings. Call recording is off by default unless separately enabled.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass security or usage limits; interfere with operation; probe or access another customer’s data; resell access without written permission; submit malware or unlawful material; impersonate another person; violate privacy, intellectual-property, or communications laws; or use the service to harm, deceive, discriminate against, or unlawfully monitor others.

Third-party services

The products may rely on payment, hosting, storage, communications, AI-model, voice, telephony, and other service providers. Those providers may process data under their own terms and policies. Features may change if a provider changes or discontinues a service. Links to independent websites are provided for convenience, and Felican AI is not responsible for their services.

Felican AI intellectual property

Felican AI retains its rights in its platform, software, models, templates, methods, website, branding, and pre-existing materials. Except for the limited right to use a purchased product for your business, no Felican AI rights are transferred to you.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, prevent harm, address security or legal risk, enforce these terms, or respond to nonpayment. When hosting ends, your products stop operating. We may retain the workspace for up to 30 days to permit recovery or export before deletion, while billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained longer. Contact us within that period if you need help exporting your data.

Availability and warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular business result, error-free AI output, lead volume, revenue, appointment volume, or compatibility with every third-party system. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Felican AI disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Felican AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Felican AI’s total liability arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid Felican AI for the affected services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding arising from these terms or the services must be brought in the state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, or the federal courts having jurisdiction over Palm Beach County, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.

General terms

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms or your account without our written permission; Felican AI may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its business. These terms, the product and plan details shown at purchase, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable signed agreement form the entire agreement for the services they cover.

Changes

We may update these terms as the services change. Material changes apply prospectively after the revised terms are posted or otherwise presented to you. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
