AI for financial services firms

AI for Financial services firms

Your clients expect a fast answer about their money, and your compliance team expects every word that reaches them to be defensible.

The problem, specifically

Financial firms sit between two pressures. Clients want responsiveness on calls and email about statements, transfers, paperwork and meetings. Regulators and the firm itself want records, supervision and care about what is said and to whom.

The tools that look obvious for the first problem tend to fail the second. A public AI chat tool that is handed a client file, a portfolio summary or an account number has moved that material to a third party, and most firms have a policy against exactly that.

So the work piles up on a small team: onboarding forms retyped by hand, routine client calls that interrupt advisers, and document review done late because nobody has time.

What we deploy

Voice AI

Answers routine client and prospect calls on every line: meeting scheduling, office details, what documents to send, who handles what. It does not give investment advice, quote performance or discuss account specifics, and it routes those to a named person.

Private AI

Search and summarization across client files, policies and research notes, running inside your own environment. Access follows your existing roles and every retrieval is logged.

Felican IDP

Reads onboarding forms, statements and identity paperwork into structured fields, and flags anything it is unsure about for a person to check.

What makes this different in your trade

No advice, no performance claims

The assistant handles logistics and process. It does not recommend products, predict returns or comment on a client position. That line is written into the rules and tested before anything goes live.

Client records stay inside the firm

A self-hosted Private AI means client files are not sent to a vendor model. The firm keeps control of retention, access and the audit trail.

Supervision is built in, not bolted on

Call summaries and AI-assisted outputs are logged so a supervisor can review what was said and what was retrieved. Whether that satisfies your own supervisory procedures is a decision for your compliance function.

Extraction with a human checkpoint

Onboarding data that matters, such as names, dates of birth and account numbers, is flagged when confidence is low rather than silently guessed.

Questions people actually ask

Before you call

Does this make us compliant with our regulator?

No deployment does that on its own. We build the technical controls, which are private hosting, access scoping, logging and retention, and we tell you which obligations stay with the firm. Your compliance officer decides whether the result fits your procedures.

Can it talk to clients about their accounts?

Not by default. Identity verification and account discussion are a separate design decision, and many firms prefer to keep them with a person. Scheduling, logistics and document requests are the safe starting point.

What does it cost to start?

The AI Starter Pack has one monthly price and a one-time setup fee, with payment plans available; the current figures are on its page. Firms with stricter hosting needs can book a call and we will scope it.
