AI for government agencies and defense contractors

AI for Government agencies and defense contractors

If the documents cannot leave the boundary, the AI has to live inside it.

The problem, specifically

Government bodies and defense contractors handle documents that are sensitive by definition: procurement files, contracts, technical data, citizen records and internal correspondence. Using a public AI service on any of it is generally not an option, and in many cases would breach a contract term or a policy.

The work is still document-heavy. Staff search long policy sets, compare contract language, respond to requests and prepare reports, and much of that time is spent finding and reading rather than deciding.

Public bodies also take calls and enquiries from the public at volume, which are mostly routine questions about services, forms and deadlines.

What we deploy

Private AI

Document search and question answering running inside the network or tenant you specify, with access mapped to roles, every retrieval logged, and no data sent to a public model.

CrossCheck AI

A second, independent model verifies AI-drafted summaries against source documents before anyone relies on them, which matters where a wrong statement has consequences.

Voice AI

For public-facing offices, answers routine service enquiries, directs callers to the right department and takes messages. It does not decide eligibility or give legal determinations.

What makes this different in your trade

The boundary is yours

We deploy inside the environment you define. Whether that environment is authorized for a given class of information is a matter for your security authority, not for us.

No claim of certification

Defense work can carry requirements such as CMMC or ITAR handling rules. We do not claim that a deployment satisfies them. We can build the access control, logging and isolation, and work with your compliance staff on what is required.

Auditability by default

Who asked what, and which documents were retrieved, is logged so that use of the system can be reviewed.

Decisions stay with officials

The system helps staff find and summarize. It does not decide eligibility, award contracts or make determinations.

Questions people actually ask

Before you call

Can it run in a restricted or air-gapped environment?

That is a scoping conversation. Some configurations can run without outside connections, with trade-offs in model choice and updates. Book a call and we will describe what is realistic.

Are you cleared or certified for this work?

We make no claim of clearance or certification here. Procurement and authorization requirements differ, and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot meet.

Where does the data go?

Nowhere outside the environment you choose. There is no vendor model receiving it, which is the difference from a subscription AI service.
