- Triage
- Urgent, Important, FYI, Noise
- Then
- Drafts replies for the ones that need one
- You keep
- Every send decision
What it does
Inbox tools mostly sort mail into folders you then have to read anyway. ThreadPilot does the two jobs that actually save time: it decides what genuinely needs you, and it writes the first draft of the reply.
The split matters. Triage without drafting still leaves you composing forty replies. Drafting without triage produces forty drafts you did not need.
Who this is for
- Owners and executives whose inbox is the actual bottleneck in the business.
- Anyone whose reply latency is costing deals.
- People who have tried inbox zero systems and found the problem was volume, not method.
Worth saying: ThreadPilot drafts; it does not send on your behalf unless you explicitly set that up for a narrow category.
Questions people actually ask
Before you call
Does it send email without me?
Not by default, and we would generally advise against it. Drafts wait for you. Auto-send can be enabled for a tightly defined category if you want it.
Does it read everything in my inbox?
It needs access to triage, which is a genuine privacy consideration and the reason clients who care most about it run this pattern against a private deployment.
